I had The Fat Shallot cater a summer event and it went so well, I decided to have them come back for my company's holiday party. The food was delicious. The customer service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend.

So far, I've used The Fat Shallot for at least two of our on-site events. Each one was flawless! The food was incredible, the servers in the food truck were happy, friendly, and so helpful. They really gave the events that perfect final touch. Can't wait to use them again!
I was working around Chicago and I saw the food truck at the event I was working. I never had it before and I had a very great experience. The employees were super friendly and made it a nice experience. I had a Chicken wings and fries and it was good.
We had them up by Libertyville for our employee event and everything was awesome. The truffle fries are amazing and I tried one of each slider that they offered. So delicious and the service was great and they even have great throwing arms, they helped dunk our bosses in the dunk tank. Super quick service! Great time!
